1. Download forms with a membership declaration:
- Form of admission as a member – senior member
- Form of admission as a member – regular member
- Form of admission as a member – supportive member
Fill the forms and send them to the e-mail address: fykolog@amu.edu.pl or print and send to:

2. Pay for a membership fee of 70 PLN (35 PLN students and PhD students) to account:

Include in the title of payment: membership payment, year, name and last name
When your membership form reaches and your fee is registered, you will be listed as a new member of the Society.
